Can I cancel or switch locations?
Yes. You can cancel a location at any time. If you want to use another location you just apply for it whenever you need.
How do you ensure the security of your locations?
All partner locations are carefully screened before being approved. They follow strict privacy protocols and are contractually bound to handle all post securely and discreetly.
Can I get a refund on unused scan credits?
No. Purchased scan credits cannot be refunded or exchanged, but they remain usable as long as your account is active.

Is this accepted by banks or for official purposes?
Absolutely. It’s a professional Dubai mailing address, suitable for banking, invoicing, and personal or business use. Just note: it’s not for legal company registration.
Are there hidden costs I should know about?
