Can I use this address on my invoices?
Yes, absolutely. That’s one of the main use cases. It looks more professional than using your home address.
Because VAT depends on your country and tax status. The correct amount is calculated during checkout.
Yes, as correspondence. If you've moved abroad and HMRC, a pension provider or a similar body still needs to reach you by post, a TDPB address gives them a stable place to send it. It doesn't establish or change your tax residence, which depends on your actual circumstances.
Not yet. TDPB currently covers European countries and Dubai. If you are interested in TDPB expanding to your city, see active locations where you can register your interest and be informed when TDPB becomes available there.
If nobody is available to sign for a registered letter, Correos leaves an "aviso" (notice) and holds it at the local post office for a limited time. If uncollected, it is returned to sender. With a digital address service, your local partner receives and signs for registered mail on your behalf, so nothing gets returned.
They overlap, but they are sold on different things. “Virtual mailbox” usually describes the mail-handling part: scanning, forwarding, digital access. “Virtual address” describes the address itself. We lead with the address, because that is the part you use every day, whether or not any post turns up.
In general, yes. Invoice rules require an address where your business can be reached, and a correspondence address does that job. The exact requirements differ by country, so check the invoicing rules where you're registered before switching your paperwork over.
You can pay monthly (€ 15 per location) or choose the yearly plan (€ 90 per location) which saves you 50%. Both the monthly and yearly plan are billed in advance, at the moment of purchase.
As for scanning and forwarding costs, you can either choose the Unlimited, which is billed monthly, or you can buy scan credits whenever you need them. These are billed at the time of purchase.
No. There’s no physical collection required. Your mail is scanned and delivered to you digitally. No deadlines, no penalties.
Not in itself. It becomes problematic when there is a mismatch between the address on file with a financial institution and your actual residence (for CRS or national tax-residency purposes), or when the address is used in ways that misrepresent your residency. The cleaner solution is a correspondence address that does not imply residence at all. Always verify the specific requirements of the institution you are dealing to be 100% sure.
