Can I use this address for my bank?

Many customers do.

Our addresses are real, Partner-operated locations and not mass-used virtual office hubs. They are designed to function as stable correspondence addresses, which is often what banks require for communication purposes.

That said, acceptance is always decided by the bank itself and depends on internal policies, the country and your specific situation. We cannot guarantee acceptance, but our model is intentionally designed to avoid common red flags associated with virtual office addresses.

  • You can choose to buy scan credits or switch to the Unlimited or Full Service plan. If you decide not to buy anything right away, your mail will still be scanned but not visible. You’ll receive a notification with an empty PDF in your inbox instead.

  • No. A TDPB address is a correspondence address, not proof that you live in the UAE. It can't be used to apply for or support a residence visa or Emirates ID, which depend on your actual residency status through the proper channels. It works alongside them, as the stable place your post is sent.

    TDPB addresses are correspondence addresses, not residential addresses. Most municipalities and citizen offices require proof of actual residence, which a correspondence address cannot provide.

    For residence registration, you will need a valid residential address that meets local legal requirements.

  • Not in itself. It becomes problematic when there is a mismatch between the address on file with a financial institution and your actual residence (for CRS or national tax-residency purposes), or when the address is used in ways that misrepresent your residency. The cleaner solution is a correspondence address that does not imply residence at all. Always verify the specific requirements of the institution you are dealing to be 100% sure.   • No. Customers cannot use your address as a legal business registration address.

    TDPB addresses are strictly for receiving and managing post, not for setting up companies, tax registrations or legal domiciles.
    This is a deliberate choice to protect you as a Partner and keep things clear for everyone.

  • Definitely. Your post won’t be touched by tenants or agents, it goes straight to your Digital PO Box, so you stay in control even when your home is occupied.

  • Yes. Legitimate correspondence-address services operate lawfully across Europe, and reputable providers verify the identity of every customer. What matters is using the address for what it is meant for: correspondence. It is not a registered office, proof of residency, or a tax address, and using it honestly for post and official communication is a normal, lawful arrangement.
