Is this a fiscal or residency address?

No. It is a correspondence address for receiving post, not your morada fiscal or a residency registration, which need proof of where you actually live. For what a correspondence address is and is not for, read how to use your address.

A few common questions we often hear

  • Never — unless legally required to do so. We don’t sell, analyze or share your data with anyone. Ever.

  • Each location is billed separately. You can add or remove locations at any time.

  • It depends on usage. The TDPB base address from € 7,50/month on the yearly plan, or € 15/month on the monthly plan, with mail handling priced separately (€ 0,90 per scan, € 7,50/month unlimited, or € 27,50/month full service), is in a similar range to a small PO Box rental in many countries. The differences sit elsewhere: you don't have to visit anything in person, you get a real street address rather than a PO Box number, and most banks, insurers, and government bodies accept it as a correspondence address. Acceptance can vary, so always verify the specific requirements of the institution you are dealing to be 100% sure. See full pricing on our rates page.

  • You can end your partnership at any time, with a 3-month notice period. This gives us time to move customers to a new location without disruption.

  • No. It is a correspondence address for receiving post, not your morada fiscal or a residency registration, which need proof of where you actually live. For what a correspondence address is and is not for, read how to use your address.

  • Policies vary. TDPB continues to process your mail until your subscription ends. After that, mail is no longer scanned or forwarded, but any incoming post is returned to sender for at least one month. With marketplace services like Anytime Mailbox, it depends on the individual location operator. Always check the cancellation and mail handling policy before signing up.

  • You can pay monthly (€ 15 per location) or choose the yearly plan (€ 90 per location) which saves you 50%. Both the monthly and yearly plan are billed in advance, at the moment of purchase.

As for scanning and forwarding costs, you can either choose the Unlimited, which is billed monthly, or you can buy scan credits whenever you need them. These are billed at the time of purchase.

  • Inside the UAE, most official communication is digital and homes don't have mailboxes. The rest of the world doesn't work that way. If you have banks, clients, tax authorities or business relationships outside the UAE, they may still rely on physical post. A TDPB address gives you a stable Dubai address that works internationally, so you stay administratively connected beyond the local digital system.

  • TDPB selects and manages every Partner directly rather than recruiting independent operators through a marketplace. That model trades raw scale for consistent quality and addresses that hold up with banks and government bodies. The network currently covers Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, France, the UK, Belgium, and Dubai (as of May 2026), with further expansion planned into Europe and beyond. See active locations for current coverage.

  • Most items are scanned either the same day or within 24 business hours and uploaded to your inbox, and you receive a notification. For the full handling flow, see how it works.
