Can I use a TDPB address in my Impressum?
No. German law requires an Impressum to show a ladungsfähige Anschrift; an address where formal legal documents can be served in person. Our Partners aren't authorised to accept formal legal service, so a TDPB address can't serve as your Impressum address. For that you'll need an address set up specifically for legal service, or your own. Check with a German adviser if you're unsure.

No, you don’t need to be open to the public every day. But your location must always be able to receive incoming post and it should usually be processed within 24 hours after delivery.
It’s no problem if there’s occasionally a small delay, but regular mail handling is essential. For example, if you’re away for a full week and no one empties the mailbox or processes the post, that won’t work.
