Yes, you can manage everything from anywhere in the world. Your post will be received, scanned and stored digitally and the originals can be forwarded if needed.

A few common questions we often hear

  • No. Both are tied to where you actually live, and a correspondence address can't provide proof of residence. You'll need your residential address for those.

  • No. You don't need a Stripe account to use The Digital PO Box. Stripe is simply the secure payment provider we use to process your subscription. You pay by card and Stripe handles the transaction safely in the background. There's nothing for you to set up or sign up for.

If you've saved your card with Stripe before (via Stripe Link), our checkout may simply offer to fill it in for you, you can use that or just enter your details manually.

If you already have your own Stripe account (for example for your own business), that's completely separate and won't interfere in any way. Your payment goes through our Stripe account, not yours, so your own account stays untouched.

  • Yes. Legitimate correspondence-address services operate lawfully across Europe, and reputable providers verify the identity of every customer. What matters is using the address for what it is meant for: correspondence. It is not a registered office, proof of residency, or a tax address, and using it honestly for post and official communication is a normal, lawful arrangement.

  • No. A PO Box is a physical box you have to visit. A virtual mailbox gives you access to your mail online, with full control and flexibility.

  • Policies vary. TDPB continues to process your mail until your subscription ends. After that, mail is no longer scanned or forwarded, but any incoming post is returned to sender for at least one month. With marketplace services like Anytime Mailbox, it depends on the individual location operator. Always check the cancellation and mail handling policy before signing up.

  • Yes. You can manage multiple addresses (for example Dubai + Spain) under one Digital PO Box account, using the same Digital PO Box number and Inbox.

  • TDPB is built on trust, not just tech. We don’t work with anonymous PO Boxes or shared mailrooms. Every address in our network is real, local, and run by a trusted Partner.

You get one personal PO Box number that works across all your locations, and you only pay for scans when you actually need them.

Add to that our ISO-certified platform and privacy-first mindset, and you get more than a mailbox.
You get a service designed for freedom, clarity and control. Wherever life takes you.

  • No. A TDPB address doesn't establish UAE tax residency and can't be used as proof of tax residence. Tax residency follows your actual circumstances and the rules that apply to you, not a postal address. If that's your goal, speak to a qualified adviser.

  • Without arrangements, mail keeps arriving at your old address. The current tenant may forward it, return it, or not. Most German banks and the Finanzamt rarely accept a foreign address for ongoing correspondence, particularly if you still have German tax or banking ties to wind down. A TDPB German address used as your post-Abmeldung correspondence address keeps the wind-down visible. Always verify the specific requirements of the institution you are dealing with.

  • Yes. We provide a dedicated postal address (based on a PO Box) with added location info, ready to use right away.
