Can I use this service from abroad?
Yes, you can manage everything from anywhere in the world. Your post will be received, scanned and stored digitally and the originals can be forwarded if needed.
Yes. Most government institutions and financial services accept your TDPB address as your official mailing address. Just make sure you use your full recipient name and include the correct PO Box number.
You can update your contact details directly in your portal. Other changes may require a formal request. Deletion is possible if there are no legal obligations to retain your data (e.g. for tax or compliance reasons).
Policies vary. TDPB continues to process your mail until your subscription ends. After that, mail is no longer scanned or forwarded, but any incoming post is returned to sender for at least one month. With marketplace services like Anytime Mailbox, it depends on the individual location operator. Always check the cancellation and mail handling policy before signing up.
We automatically discard all addressed advertising materials — like flyers, magazines or brochures — as long as they’re clearly identifiable as such. These items are not scanned, so you won’t waste scan credits on unwanted post.
You can use the same TDPB address across all platforms. One address, one Address Association Letter, one account. If different platforms require addresses in different EU countries, your TDPB account can cover multiple countries from a single inbox.
They overlap, but they are sold on different things. “Virtual mailbox” usually describes the mail-handling part: scanning, forwarding, digital access. “Virtual address” describes the address itself. We lead with the address, because that is the part you use every day, whether or not any post turns up.
Not at all. You can live anywhere in the world and still receive, view and manage your post in Spain.
Absolutely. You can use the same Digital PO Box whether you’re in Dubai, abroad, or managing post in multiple countries.
