You’ll receive a monthly payment based on the number of active customers using your address, plus a bonus for each scan you process. Payment details are explained and agreed upon during onboarding.
Yes. All data and scanned documents are stored encrypted, and we don’t sell, analyze or share your information. Our systems and processes are aligned with strict international security standards (ISO 27001 / 27701).
Yes. You can use your Digital PO Box address for both personal and business post. It's ideal for client communication, invoicing, websites, and business cards.
No. A TDPB address doesn't establish UAE tax residency and can't be used as proof of tax residence. Tax residency follows your actual circumstances and the rules that apply to you, not a postal address. If that's your goal, speak to a qualified adviser.
Even if you choose to scan and destroy mail, we still require a forwarding address from you. This is because it is possible to receive a mail item that cannot be scanned, such as a bank card. You will always receive a scan of the envelope, but in the case of a non-scannable item, this mail item will be forwarded.
You can update the forwarding address at any time and change it as often as necessary.
Yes. You can use your Digital PO Box address for receiving personal or business mail, including government letters, bank correspondence, and more.
Please note that our addresses can only be used as correspondence address, not as legal or registered address.Yes. Most government institutions and financial services accept your TDPB address as your official mailing address. Just make sure you use your full recipient name and include the correct PO Box number.
