Can a company register itself at my address?

No. Customers cannot use your address as a legal business registration address.

TDPB addresses are strictly for receiving and managing post, not for setting up companies, tax registrations or legal domiciles.
This is a deliberate choice to protect you as a Partner and keep things clear for everyone.

A few common questions we often hear

  • It’s based on a real PO Box, but enhanced with digital access. You don’t have to collect your mail, we scan and upload it for you.

  • Each location is billed separately. You can add or remove locations at any time.

  • You decide how your post is handled. Letters can be forwarded to any address in the world, whether scanned or left unopened. You’re in full control of what happens to each item, all from your online dashboard.

  • Absolutely. The address is suitable for most government, banking and legal correspondence.

  • We automatically discard all addressed advertising materials — like flyers, magazines or brochures — as long as they’re clearly identifiable as such. These items are not scanned, so you won’t waste scan credits on unwanted post.

  • A single address exists in one country, so the same address cannot cover you in several countries at once. What you can do is hold addresses in more than one country with the same provider and manage them from one account. If you split your life between two countries, an address in each is usually the practical answer. At The Digital PO Box, each location costs €15 per month or €90 per year, and you can add locations as your situation changes.

  • No, that’s not required. TDPB handles the overall marketing to attract customers across the regions where we’re active. But if you’d like to grow your income faster, there’s a lot you can do locally.

We’ll give you everything you need: a free window sticker, counter display materials, and your own Partner Page on our website where you can add photos and introduce your location in your own words.

Locations that take this seriously and promote themselves well tend to attract more customers. So while we bring in the traffic, you can help turn it into real results.

  • Rare. Some postal services have offered free PO Boxes historically in areas without home delivery, but availability has shrunk over the years and the programs that remain are limited. Most countries charge an annual rental that varies by box size and location. Community programs and short-term poste-restante arrangements exist in specific cases, but none is reliable as a long-term correspondence solution. For details on the options in your country, check directly with the national postal service. For a reliable paid alternative, see our rates.

  • Yes. Your Digital PO Box isn’t tied to your location. You can live or work anywhere, and your post will be scanned and uploaded for you to access online. You can choose to use one fixed address, or set up multiple Digital PO Boxes in different countries as you travel through them.

  • Yes, as long as you trade in your own name. You can use it for your business correspondence, invoices, website and email signature. The restriction only applies to separate legal entities like limited companies.
