Why us?

  • Yes. All data and scanned documents are stored encrypted, and we don’t sell, analyze or share your information. Our systems and processes are aligned with strict international security standards (ISO 27001 / 27701).

  • No. You can cancel your subscription at any time, no long term contract. Add or remove locations at any time.

  • Yes. Each TDPB location is a real, verified address operated by a trusted Partner, not a generic PO box or warehouse. It’s suitable for business use.

  • Not at all. TDPB is used by freelancers, private individuals, digital nomads, second-home owners and small businesses alike. If you need a flexible and private postal solution, it's for you.

  • Yes. All your locations are linked to a single PO Box number, and all incoming post is routed to the same app. You can add or remove locations anytime.

  • TDPB is built on trust, not just tech. We don’t work with anonymous PO Boxes or shared mailrooms. Every address in our network is real, local, and run by a trusted Partner.

You get one personal PO Box number that works across all your locations, and you only pay for scans when you actually need them.

Add to that our ISO-certified platform and privacy-first mindset, and you get more than a mailbox.
You get a service designed for freedom, clarity and control. Wherever life takes you.

  • That depends on the weight of the envelope and the destination.
You’ll always see the exact cost before paying — and the item will only be sent after payment is completed. No surprises. No automatic charges.

In case you have chosen the Fullservice plan, forwarding shipments are included and send to you automatically.

  • You can pay monthly (€ 9 per location) or choose the yearly plan (€ 90 per location) and get 2 months free. Both the monthly and yearly plan are billed in advance, at the moment of purchase.

As for scanning and forwarding costs, you can either choose the Unlimited or Fullservice plans, which are billed monthly, or you can buy scan credits whenever you need them. These are billed at the time of purchase.

Payment & Invoicing

  • Absolutely. You get a professional postal address, suitable for banking, invoicing, legal and personal use. While it’s accepted for official communication, it’s not intended for company registration, residency applications or tax filings. Just keep in mind: it’s a postal address, not a legal registration address.

  • Yes. You’ll enter your payment details during sign-up, but no charge is made during your 14-day free trial.
This simply ensures that your subscription can continue automatically if you decide to stay after the trial.

  • VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and tax status.
If you're a business customer in the EU, you can enter a valid VAT number to apply reverse charge.
If no VAT number is provided (or it's invalid) VAT will be added to your payment.

  • Prices on our website are shown excluding VAT.
The correct VAT amount (if applicable) is added at checkout, based on your country and whether you're registering as a private individual or a business. You’ll always see the final amount before completing your payment.

  • All invoices are automatically sent to you by email after each payment.
Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message from Stripe or The Digital PO Box.

Can’t find it? Let us know, we’ll resend it to you right away.

Partners

  • No, that’s not required. TDPB handles the overall marketing to attract customers across the regions where we’re active. But if you’d like to grow your income faster, there’s a lot you can do locally.

We’ll give you everything you need: a free window sticker, counter display materials, and your own Partner Page on our website where you can add photos and introduce your location in your own words.

Locations that take this seriously and promote themselves well tend to attract more customers. So while we bring in the traffic, you can help turn it into real results.

  • You’ll receive a monthly payment based on the number of active customers using your address, plus a bonus for each scan you process. Payment details are explained and agreed upon during onboarding.

  • Let’s take an average example: If you have around 150 active customers, you can earn approximately € 630,00 per month. That would require around 7,5 hours of work per month, mostly spent scanning mail with the app.

These numbers can vary slightly depending on your location and customer activity, but it's a reliable way to generate recurring income with minimal time investment.

  • You can end your partnership at any time, with a 3-month notice period. This gives us time to move customers to a new location without disruption.

  • You don’t need a separate room or dedicated square meters. Just a small, quiet spot where you can safely scan post is enough.
What’s more important is having a secure letterbox for deliveries and a bit of shelf or drawer space to store incoming post. For example, using labeled trays or folders.

  • Normally not — TDPB handles all customer communication and support. However, if you welcome walk-in visitors (like in a shop or coworking space), you’re free to interact with them if you’d like.

  • No. You only need a smartphone and our app. No printer, scanner or laptop is required.

  • No, you don’t need to be open to the public every day. But your location must always be able to receive incoming post and it should usually be processed within 24 hours after delivery.

It’s no problem if there’s occasionally a small delay, but regular mail handling is essential. For example, if you’re away for a full week and no one empties the mailbox or processes the post, that won’t work.
