Yes, you do need scan credits.
Every envelope that arrives for you will be scanned, meaning the front of the envelope. This scan will be uploaded in your inbox so you know what arrived and what will be forwarded. To be able to do this, you need to have scan credits.You can cancel anytime, but there are no refunds on yearly payments, even if you stop before the year is over.
No. A TDPB address doesn't establish UAE tax residency and can't be used as proof of tax residence. Tax residency follows your actual circumstances and the rules that apply to you, not a postal address. If that's your goal, speak to a qualified adviser.
