A few common questions we often hear

  • TDPB is built on trust, not just tech. We don’t work with anonymous PO Boxes or shared mailrooms. Every address in our network is real, local, and run by a trusted Partner.

You get one personal PO Box number that works across all your locations, and you only pay for scans when you actually need them.

Add to that our ISO-certified platform and privacy-first mindset, and you get more than a mailbox.
You get a service designed for freedom, clarity and control. Wherever life takes you.

  • Yes, as correspondence. If you've moved abroad and HMRC, a pension provider or a similar body still needs to reach you by post, a TDPB address gives them a stable place to send it. It doesn't establish or change your tax residence, which depends on your actual circumstances.

  • Absolutely. In fact, many of our users are second-home owners who rent out their property while they’re away. The Digital PO Box keeps your mail separate from your guests, so nothing gets lost, delayed, or accidentally opened.

  • TDPB is a digital-first service so your post is meant to be accessed online.
For security and efficiency reasons, physical pickup is not available at our Partner locations.

  • Yes, as long as you trade in your own name. You can use it for your business correspondence, invoices, website and email signature. The restriction only applies to separate legal entities like limited companies.

  • Each location is billed separately. You can add or remove locations at any time.

  • Yes. Most government institutions and financial services accept your TDPB address as your official mailing address. Just make sure you use your full recipient name and include the correct PO Box number.

  • It depends on the specific location. Some Anytime Mailbox addresses are classified as commercial mail-handling points in address-verification databases, which can trigger flags or rejections during automated bank checks. Always verify with your specific bank before committing to any address service. For guidance on choosing a correspondence address, see how it works.

  • That depends on the bank, and no provider can honestly promise otherwise. Banks apply their own policies, and they most often flag addresses shared by many other customers at large mail centres. Our model uses real local addresses with a limited number of customers per location, which avoids that pattern, but the decision always sits with the bank.

  • If nobody is available to sign for a registered letter, Correos leaves an "aviso" (notice) and holds it at the local post office for a limited time. If uncollected, it is returned to sender. With a digital address service, your local partner receives and signs for registered mail on your behalf, so nothing gets returned.
