Can I use multiple locations with one account?

Yes. All your locations are linked to a single PO Box number, and all incoming post is routed to the same app. You can add or remove locations anytime.

A few common questions we often hear

  • Yes, absolutely. That’s one of the main use cases. It looks more professional than using your home address.

  • The forwarding rate depends on the weight of the envelope and the destination. All forwarding is sent as tracked mail (track & trace), so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Before anything is sent, you receive an email with the exact forwarding cost and then you have 7 days to pay. Your shipment is only dispatched once the payment has been completed. If no payment is received within that period, the forwarding request is cancelled and your mail remains safely stored at your address location.

Once your shipment has been sent, you receive a notification with the tracking details.

  • No. The address is a correspondence point. Tax residency is determined by where you actually live and the relevant national tests (physical presence, centre of vital interests, habitual abode, and similar). This is not legal or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation. For a related question about fiscal addresses, see Can I use a TDPB address as my official fiscal or tax address?.

  • Let’s take an average example: If you have around 150 active customers, you can earn approximately € 630,00 per month. That would require around 7,5 hours of work per month, mostly spent scanning mail with the app.

These numbers can vary slightly depending on your location and customer activity, but it's a reliable way to generate recurring income with minimal time investment.

  • Normally not — TDPB handles all customer communication and support. However, if you welcome walk-in visitors (like in a shop or coworking space), you’re free to interact with them if you’d like.

  • Many customers do.

Our addresses are real, Partner-operated locations and not mass-used virtual office hubs. They are designed to function as stable correspondence addresses, which is often what banks require for communication purposes.

That said, acceptance is always decided by the bank itself and depends on internal policies, the country and your specific situation. We cannot guarantee acceptance, but our model is intentionally designed to avoid common red flags associated with virtual office addresses.

  • No. A TDPB address is a correspondence address, not proof that you live in the UAE. It can't be used to apply for or support a residence visa or Emirates ID, which depend on your actual residency status through the proper channels. It works alongside them, as the stable place your post is sent.

  • The NLV typically requires accommodation proof at consulate stage, which is a rental contract, owner authorisation or comparable document for the property where you will live. A correspondence address service does not substitute for this. Always verify with your specific consulate.

  • Pick one fixed correspondence address and use it everywhere: invoices, website, bank, authorities. Your post arrives at that address no matter which country you're in, and you read it through your online account. It means you never have to update your details just because you changed location.

  • Absolutely. It’s a professional Dubai mailing address, suitable for banking, invoicing, and personal or business use. Just note: it’s not for legal company registration.
