Will I get a notification when I receive something?
Yes. You’ll get a push notification as soon as a new scan is ready. No more guessing or checking the mailbox.
No. Most customers sign up online and never visit their location, and many hold an address in a country they do not live in. It is not proof of residency, though, and permitted use varies by country.
TDPB charges from € 7,50/month for the address on the yearly plan, or € 15/month on the monthly plan, with scanning bought separately. For the full breakdown, see our Rates page.
Many customers do.
Our addresses are real, Partner-operated locations and not mass-used virtual office hubs. They are designed to function as stable correspondence addresses, which is often what banks require for communication purposes.
That said, acceptance is always decided by the bank itself and depends on internal policies, the country and your specific situation. We cannot guarantee acceptance, but our model is intentionally designed to avoid common red flags associated with virtual office addresses.
Yes. You can use your Digital PO Box address for both personal and business post. It's ideal for client communication, invoicing, websites, and business cards.
Yes, for routine RERA and service-charge correspondence, mortgage statements, and tenancy paperwork. For items that need a physical signature or original on the ground, you typically need a property manager or local representative as well.
Nachsendeauftrag forwards mail from one German address to another. Once you switch your correspondence address with each institution to your TDPB address, the Nachsendeauftrag becomes redundant. You can let it expire or cancel it. The advantage of moving to TDPB is that it does not have a 24-month limit.
In general, yes. Invoice rules require an address where your business can be reached, and a correspondence address does that job. The exact requirements differ by country, so check the invoicing rules where you're registered before switching your paperwork over.
No. You don't need a Stripe account to use The Digital PO Box. Stripe is simply the secure payment provider we use to process your subscription. You pay by card and Stripe handles the transaction safely in the background. There's nothing for you to set up or sign up for.
If you've saved your card with Stripe before (via Stripe Link), our checkout may simply offer to fill it in for you, you can use that or just enter your details manually.
If you already have your own Stripe account (for example for your own business), that's completely separate and won't interfere in any way. Your payment goes through our Stripe account, not yours, so your own account stays untouched.
We hold it securely. As soon as you add scan credits, your mail will be scanned and made visible in your app.
No. You can cancel your subscription at any time, no long term contract. Add or remove locations at any time.
