You’ll receive a notification and see an empty PDF in your inbox, asking you to add scan credits.A Partner physically handles your mail, so in theory they could read it. In practice, they are contractually forbidden from doing so. Partners are bound by a strict data processing agreement, identity checked, trained, and subject to our audit and inspection rights. Opening an item only happens when you request a content scan, and reading, copying or sharing the contents is a serious breach with real consequences. It is the same principle as a bank employee who can technically see your balance but is bound by rules, checks and accountability not to misuse that access.
