What if I add or remove locations?
Each location is billed separately. You can add or remove locations at any time.
It depends on usage. The TDPB base address from € 7,50/month on the yearly plan, or € 15/month on the monthly plan, with mail handling priced separately (€ 0,90 per scan, € 7,50/month unlimited, or [pricing_full_service]/month full service), is in a similar range to a small PO Box rental in many countries. The differences sit elsewhere: you don't have to visit anything in person, you get a real street address rather than a PO Box number, and most banks, insurers, and government bodies accept it as a correspondence address. Acceptance can vary, so always verify the specific requirements of the institution you are dealing to be 100% sure. See full pricing on our rates page.
Prices on our website are shown excluding VAT.
The correct VAT amount (if applicable) is added at checkout, based on your country and whether you're registering as a private individual or a business. You’ll always see the final amount before completing your payment.Yes. You can receive mail for other, related people as well, such as your partner or children. You can add them as recipients in the portal, so we are aware of the names and recognize them when mail arrives.
Yes. We provide a dedicated postal address (based on a PO Box) with added location info, ready to use right away.
Not for most users. USPS previously offered free PO Boxes in some areas without home delivery, but availability is limited and the program has been scaled back over the years. In most cases, you pay an annual rental that varies by box size and post office location. Check USPS website for current options in your specific ZIP code. TDPB serves European countries and Dubai; for US coverage, register interest on our select-location page.
Yes. A correspondence address stays the same wherever you are, in Portugal or abroad; your post is scanned and uploaded to an online inbox you read from anywhere. To see how the scanning and inbox flow works, see how it works.
Only if the provider sells a registered-office product, which is a different service from a correspondence address. Clevver and Hoxton Mix are built for that, as is PriOffice in the Netherlands, as are parts of the British Monomarks and UK Postbox ranges. Ours are not, by design, and the requirements vary by country. UK Companies House, for example, requires an appropriate physical address and rejects PO Boxes.
Not yet. TDPB currently covers European countries and Dubai. If you are interested in TDPB expanding to your city, see active locations where you can register your interest and be informed when TDPB becomes available there.
Yes. TDPB provides a real address that can be used as your trader contact address. The Address Association Letter serves as documentation proving your association with the address, which is what Apple requests during verification. Apple explicitly accepts both physical addresses and PO Boxes for individual traders.
You can pay monthly (€ 15 per location) or choose the yearly plan (€ 90 per location) which saves you 50%. Both the monthly and yearly plan are billed in advance, at the moment of purchase.
As for scanning and forwarding costs, you can either choose the Unlimited, which is billed monthly, or you can buy scan credits whenever you need them. These are billed at the time of purchase.
