Can I register my company at a TDPB address?
No.
The Digital PO Box does not provide legal company registration or “seat” addresses. Our addresses are intended for correspondence only and cannot be used as a registered office or official business domicile.
If you need a company registration address, you will need a solution that explicitly offers that service.
TDPB selects and manages every Partner directly rather than recruiting independent operators through a marketplace. Usually not for that step. Opening an account often requires proof of where you actually live, like a utility bill or council tax statement, and a correspondence address isn't proof of residence. For ongoing correspondence with a bank that already has you on file, it works well.
Yes, as long as you trade in your own name. You can use it for your business correspondence, invoices, website and email signature. The restriction only applies to separate legal entities like limited companies.
Yes. Most government institutions and financial services accept your TDPB address as your official mailing address. Just make sure you use your full recipient name and include the correct PO Box number.
Only you. Once your post is scanned, it’s uploaded in encrypted form and only accessible via your secure customer portal.
While local partners handle the physical mail before scanning, they are contractually bound to follow strict privacy rules, including not reading or inspecting the contents.

Stripe is simply the secure payment provider we use to process your subscription. You pay by card and Stripe handles the transaction safely in the background. There's nothing for you to set up or sign up for.
If you've saved your card with Stripe before (via Stripe Link), our checkout may simply offer to fill it in for you, you can use that or just enter your details manually.
If you already have your own Stripe account (for example for your own business), that's completely separate and won't interfere in any way. Your payment goes through our Stripe account, not yours, so your own account stays untouched.
No. A TDPB address can't serve as a domicilio social or registered office. You can still use it for business correspondence, invoices and your website, but the legal seat of the company needs a dedicated registration provider.
Not always, but the risk is structural. Addresses at high-volume independent mail centres are more likely to be classified as commercial in postal databases, and banks update their checks over time. An address that works today may fail tomorrow. An address-first service with directly managed Partner locations is built specifically to avoid this risk. Most UAE banks accept the Dubai address, but always verify with your specific bank before switching, particularly for accounts subject to ongoing FATCA or CRS reporting.
