Can I register my company at a TDPB address?

The Digital PO Box does not provide legal company registration or “seat” addresses. Our addresses are intended for correspondence only and cannot be used as a registered office or official business domicile.
If you need a company registration address, you will need a solution that explicitly offers that service.

No. The KvK requires proof of a postal address in the form of a 'huurovereenkomst postadres' (a postal-address rental agreement), which we don’t provide. So a TDPB address can’t be registered as your business or postal address with the Chamber of Commerce.
In most countries, yes, a TDPB address works well as a correspondence address on your website, invoices and email signature.
There’s one thing to know: the rules differ by country. In some countries the address is for personal use under your own name only, and in others it can only be used by sole proprietorships. So what you can and can’t do depends on where your address is. You can usually keep both running during a transition period. Update your bank, insurer, and other institutions to the new TDPB address first, then close or downgrade the old account once nothing important is still being sent there. Allow at least 30 to 60 days for the transition to be confident no time-sensitive items are still being routed to the old address. No. A TDPB address is a correspondence address, not proof that you live in the UAE. It can't be used to apply for or support a residence visa or Emirates ID, which depend on your actual residency status through the proper channels. It works alongside them, as the stable place your post is sent.
No. A TDPB address isn't a business registration address and can't be used for a company registration, trade licence, or a free zone or mainland setup. Those go through the relevant authority or free zone. Once you're set up, the address works well as your professional correspondence address for clients and invoices.
