A few common questions we often hear

  • Most banks in Germany accept real street addresses at local Partner locations as correspondence addresses. Always verify with your specific bank before switching, as policies and verification systems vary by institution. See active locations for TDPB's current German Partner locations.

  • Yes. That’s exactly what it’s designed for. You don’t need a home base to have a reliable postal address.

  • No. There’s no physical collection required. Your mail is scanned and delivered to you digitally. No deadlines, no penalties.

  • It depends on usage. The TDPB base address from € 7,50/month on the yearly plan, or € 15/month on the monthly plan, with mail handling priced separately (€ 0,90 per scan, € 7,50/month unlimited, or € 27,50/month full service), is in a similar range to a small PO Box rental in many countries. The differences sit elsewhere: you don't have to visit anything in person, you get a real street address rather than a PO Box number, and most banks, insurers, and government bodies accept it as a correspondence address. Acceptance can vary, so always verify the specific requirements of the institution you are dealing to be 100% sure. See full pricing on our rates page.

  • The service is for regular mail, not for receiving or processing parcels. TDPB is a digital mail service focused on letters and documents.

If a package is delivered to your address by mistake or unexpectedly, it’s up to you whether you accept it or not. Should you choose to accept it, you can either forward it to the customer or let them pick it up in person if they’re nearby.

  • Yes. One Digital PO Box number covers addresses across multiple TDPB Partner locations from a single account and inbox, so you can hold an address in Spain and Germany, for example, without managing two separate accounts. See active locations.

  • Not always, but the risk is structural. Addresses at high-volume independent mail centres are more likely to be classified as commercial in postal databases, and banks update their checks over time. An address that works today may fail tomorrow. An address-first service with directly managed Partner locations is built specifically to avoid this risk. • Yes. You don’t need to live in Madrid or even in Spain to use this address. Your post will be scanned and uploaded securely to your digital inbox.

  • Yes. We provide a dedicated postal address (based on a PO Box) with added location info, ready to use right away.

  • Because acceptance is always determined by external institutions.

Rules vary by country, institution and situation, and they can change over time. Rather than making promises we can’t control, we focus on transparency about how our address model works and what it is designed for.
