Do I need to find my own customers?

No, that’s not required. TDPB handles the overall marketing to attract customers across the regions where we’re active. But if you’d like to grow your income faster, there’s a lot you can do locally.

We’ll give you everything you need: a free window sticker, counter display materials, and your own Partner Page on our website where you can add photos and introduce your location in your own words.

Locations that take this seriously and promote themselves well tend to attract more customers. So while we bring in the traffic, you can help turn it into real results.

A few common questions we often hear

  • It depends on usage. The TDPB base address from € 7,50/month on the yearly plan, or € 15/month on the monthly plan, with mail handling priced separately (€ 0,90 per scan, € 7,50/month unlimited, or € 27,50/month full service), is in a similar range to a small PO Box rental in many countries. The differences sit elsewhere: you don't have to visit anything in person, you get a real street address rather than a PO Box number, and most banks, insurers, and government bodies accept it as a correspondence address. Acceptance can vary, so always verify the specific requirements of the institution you are dealing to be 100% sure. See full pricing on our rates page.

  • Each location has a fixed monthly fee of € 15 (ex. VAT). You’ll be charged separately per active location.

  • Yes, absolutely. Many couples share a single Digital PO Box. You can simply add the second name in the portal, so we know to expect mail for both recipients. All post is delivered to one shared inbox, and both of you can access it anytime.

  • Only you. Once your post is scanned, it’s uploaded in encrypted form and only accessible via your secure customer portal.

    While local partners handle the physical mail before scanning, they are contractually bound to follow strict privacy rules, including not reading or inspecting the contents.
    TDPB staff and system administrators do not have access to scanned documents or account content.

  • The most common hidden costs across providers are per-item scan fees, location-dependent pricing, and per-forwarding charges. With TDPB, all pricing is itemised: the address fee, scan credits, and forwarding options are each listed separately.   • That’s fine. Many of our users only get a few letters per year, but still need a reliable, fixed address. If you expect very little mail, it's best to choose scan credits instead of the Unlimited plan, as that will be the most economical option for you.

  • You’ll get both. All TDPB addresses are real, physical street addresses, not PO Boxes. But to make the address uniquely yours, we also assign you a personal PO Box number that you include when using the address.

  • Yes. We offer addresses in multiple countries so you can use an address in both countries, using the same Digital PO Box number. All mail neatly arrives in one inbox. So that’s perfect if you split your time between homes or travel frequently.

  • Even if you choose to scan and destroy mail, we still require a forwarding address from you. This is because it is possible to receive a mail item that cannot be scanned, such as a bank card. You will always receive a scan of the envelope, but in the case of a non-scannable item, this mail item will be forwarded.

    You can update the forwarding address at any time and change it as often as necessary.

  • No. A PO Box is a physical box you have to visit. A virtual mailbox gives you access to your mail online, with full control and flexibility.
