I don’t get much post. Is this still useful?
Definitely. Most customers use TDPB to have an address, not to receive daily letters. It’s about being officially reachable when it matters.
We’ll notify you and let you decide if you want it forwarded. You only pay when forwarding is actually requested.
All partner locations are carefully screened before being approved. They follow strict privacy protocols and are contractually bound to handle all post securely and discreetly.
Yes. You don’t need to live in Madrid or even in Spain to use this address. Your post will be scanned and uploaded securely to your digital inbox.
No. The UAE does not have a residential mail delivery system. All physical mail must be directed to a PO Box or an alternative address service. This is different from most European and North American countries where letters are delivered to your home.
Yes. Your Digital PO Box isn’t tied to your location. You can live or work anywhere, and your post will be scanned and uploaded for you to access online. You can choose to use one fixed address, or set up multiple Digital PO Boxes in different countries as you travel through them.
Yes, that’s exactly what it’s for. You don’t need to be physically present to receive and manage your post.
No problem. You can have any item forwarded to your preferred location, even internationally.
Yes, you do need scan credits.
Every envelope that arrives for you will be scanned, meaning the front of the envelope. This scan will be uploaded in your inbox so you know what arrived and what will be forwarded. To be able to do this, you need to have scan credits. You can cancel anytime, but there are no refunds on yearly payments, even if you stop before the year is over.
No. A TDPB address doesn't establish UAE tax residency and can't be used as proof of tax residence. Tax residency follows your actual circumstances and the rules that apply to you, not a postal address. If that's your goal, speak to a qualified adviser.
