No. A TDPB address can't serve as a domicilio social or registered office. You can still use it for business correspondence, invoices and your website, but the legal seat of the company needs a dedicated registration provider.

As ordinary correspondence, this generally works fine. What a TDPB address can't be is a formal 'domicilio a efectos de notificaciones' for legally binding notifications.
