What happens to my mail if I cancel the service?
Policies vary. TDPB continues to process your mail until your subscription ends. After that, mail is no longer scanned or forwarded, but any incoming post is returned to sender for at least one month. With marketplace services like Anytime Mailbox, it depends on the individual location operator. Always check the cancellation and mail handling policy before signing up.
Even if you choose to scan and destroy mail, we still require a forwarding address from you. This is because it is possible to receive a mail item that cannot be scanned, such as a bank card. You will always receive a scan of the envelope, but in the case of a non-scannable item, this mail item will be forwarded.
You can update the forwarding address at any time and change it as often as necessary.
