  • Yes, services like The Digital PO Box provide correspondence addresses that can be used for communication with the Agencia Tributaria and other Spanish authorities. However, a virtual mailbox is not a legal domicile or fiscal residence. For NIE applications, you may need to show a residential address during the initial process, but ongoing correspondence can be directed to your TDPB address.

  • Many customers do.

    Our addresses are real, Partner-operated locations and not mass-used virtual office hubs. They are designed to function as stable correspondence addresses, which is often what banks require for communication purposes.

    That said, acceptance is always decided by the bank itself and depends on internal policies, the country and your specific situation. We cannot guarantee acceptance, but our model is intentionally designed to avoid common red flags associated with virtual office addresses.

  • No, that's not necessary.
    If you decide not to buy scan credits right away and mail does arrive, your mail will be scanned but not visible. You’ll receive a notification and see an empty PDF in your inbox, asking you to add scan credits.

  • In most cases, no.

    Google Business Profiles are meant to represent a real, customer-facing business location. According to Google’s guidelines, P.O. Boxes, virtual offices and mail forwarding-style addresses are generally not allowed, even if they are real street addresses.

    The Digital PO Box provides a correspondence address, not a physical place of business for walk-in customers. For that reason, we do not recommend using a TDPB address for Google Business or Maps listings, even if it may appear to work temporarily.

  • You choose your preferred mail handling when you sign up — and we take care of the rest.
    You can decide to:

    • Have the contents opened and scanned, with the option to forward or destroy the originals
    • Receive a scan of the envelope only, and have the items forwarded unopened

    Your setting applies to all incoming post, and you can change it at any time in your portal.

  • Yes, that’s exactly what it’s for. You don’t need to be physically present to receive and manage your post.

  • Yes, for routine RERA and service-charge correspondence, mortgage statements, and tenancy paperwork. For items that need a physical signature or original on the ground, you typically need a property manager or local representative as well.

  • Unlike forwarding, you don’t have to wait days or weeks. You mail will be scanned and you immediately receive a push notification as soon as it arrives. If needed, you can also have the original paper mail forwarded.

  • Yes, you can manage everything from anywhere in the world. Your post will be received, scanned and stored digitally and the originals can be forwarded if needed.

  • It depends on the specific location. Some Anytime Mailbox addresses are classified as commercial mail-handling points in address-verification databases, which can trigger flags or rejections during automated bank checks.
