I don’t get much post. Is this still useful?
Definitely. Most customers use TDPB to have an address, not to receive daily letters. It’s about being officially reachable when it matters.
Yes. You can cancel a location at any time. If you want to use another location you just apply for it whenever you need.
All partner locations are carefully screened before being approved. They follow strict privacy protocols and are contractually bound to handle all post securely and discreetly.
No. Purchased scan credits cannot be refunded or exchanged, but they remain usable as long as your account is active.
Absolutely. It’s a professional Dubai mailing address, suitable for banking, invoicing, and personal or business use. Just note: it’s not for legal company registration.
The most common hidden costs across providers are per-item scan fees, location-dependent pricing, and per-forwarding charges. With TDPB, all pricing is itemised: the address fee, scan credits, and forwarding options are each listed separately. There are no charges added outside of your chosen plan during the subscription period. For a complete view of what is included in each plan, see our Rates page.

Our addresses are real, Partner-operated locations and not mass-used virtual office hubs. They are designed to function as stable correspondence addresses, which is often what banks require for communication purposes.
That said, acceptance is always decided by the bank itself and depends on internal policies, the country and your specific situation. We cannot guarantee acceptance, but our model is intentionally designed to avoid common red flags associated with virtual office addresses.
Yes. They serve different purposes. The Anmeldung is your legal residence registration at the place where you live. The TDPB address is your correspondence address for institutions you want to send mail to a single, reliably checked location. Many expats use both: Anmeldung at their flat, TDPB for business and banking correspondence.
