With The Digital PO Box, you get a stable, professional address that works independently of where you live, work or travel. That address is the foundation of the service.

Most of the time, nothing requires action. You simply remain reachable and administratively consistent.

When something does arrive, you decide how it's processed, on your terms. Below, you’ll see how this works step by step.

    Getting started is quick and easy - and free for the first 14 days.

    Choose your preferred location, enter and verify your email address and activate your Digital PO Box.

    To complete the activation, you'll be asked to complete a quick ID verification. This helps to keep our network secure, prevent misuse and protects both customers and Partners.

    2 - Use your address

    Now it’s time to start using your new address.

    Use your new address as your stable point of reference for anyone who needs to reach you: government bodies, banks, webshops, clients, you name it.
    Make sure to include your personal TDPB-number, which uniquely links this address to your Digital PO Box and ensures everything is handled correctly.

    3 - Choose how we process your mail

    When mail arrives, you choose in advance how it should be handled:

    • Full scan + destroy
      The envelope is opened, the contents are scanned, and the original document is securely shredded after 14 days.
    • Full scan + forward
      The envelope is opened, the contents are scanned, and the original document is forwarded at your preferred frequency.
    • Envelope-only scan + forward
      Only the front of the envelope is scanned. The envelope remains sealed and is forwarded unopened at your preferred frequency.

    Access everything digitally. Anytime, anywhere.

    When mail is scanned, it becomes available to you as a high-quality PDF. You can:

    • View or download documents
    • Archive or delete items
    • Forward mail automatically (e.g. to your accountant or another email address)
    • Connect it with other tools (like a bookkeeping app)

    Need the original document? No problem.

    We’re a digital-first service, designed to receive and scan your mail.
    But we understand that sometimes, you still need the original.

    Even if you’ve selected “scan and destroy” - our most chosen option - forwarding may still happen. This could be because we receive something we can’t scan, like a bank card, or because you realise after viewing the scan that you need the original after all.

    Pay for the address. Choose how you pay for mail processing.

    Your Digital PO Box starts with a flat monthly fee per address.
    This covers the address itself and access to the platform.

    Because most customers receive little to no mail, mail processing is priced separately.
    You choose the option that fits how much mail you expect and you can change this anytime.
    You can choose between:

    ✅ Pay per scan (credits) - best if you expect little or occasional mail.

    ✅ Unlimited - best if you expect mail more regularly

    ✅ Fullservice - best if you want maximum convenience
