A few common questions about Best Digital Address Services in Europe (2026)

  • That decision belongs to the bank, and no provider can guarantee it. Institutions tend to be wary of shared mail centres and virtual offices, and many require documentary proof that you live somewhere before they will treat an address as a residence. Our model is designed to avoid the patterns most commonly flagged, but acceptance always depends on the institution’s policies, the country and your circumstances.

  • Three in this comparison. We cover eight European countries plus Dubai under a single account and TDPB number, as of August 2026. Clevver lists 40 business-address locations across 15-plus countries. BPM-Lux covers ten countries, three of them outside Europe. Everyone else is a single-country provider, and several are a single address.

  • Only if the provider sells a registered-office product, which is a different service from a correspondence address. Clevver and Hoxton Mix are built for that, as is PriOffice in the Netherlands, as are parts of the British Monomarks and UK Postbox ranges. Ours are not, by design, and the requirements vary by country. UK Companies House, for example, requires an appropriate physical address and rejects PO Boxes.

  • No, and the distinction is worth knowing before you buy. Some providers give you a digital reference or a shared mail-centre address that exists mainly to route post. Every address we provide is a real, physical street address at a local Partner location, which you manage online. Dubai is the one exception, where the offering is a PO Box with a building-level location reference.
